North America
I often travel to North America for personal reasons. For me, North America is a blend of both man-made and natural beauty. I get a lot of inspiration from the modern architectural structures of skyscrapers and the fresh and seemingly endless natural beauty of the landscape. My husband is a New York lawyer so I get to travel to New York City more often than other American cities. New York City is exciting and vibrant and has a free spirited fashion sense. Of course, I get to visit the world famous flagship shops, like that of Saks Fifth Avenue and Bergdorf Goodman, and the shops at Soho. I always marvel at the latest fashion designs, specially from world famous fashion designers. Although it would be easy for me to imitate the western designs, I always try to infuse more traditional Filipino style to match our features and skin tone.Being young at heart, I will always remember my trips to Disney World in Florida, USA and to Quebec, Canada, where I watched the Cirque du Soliel, which for me were places of pure enjoyment.
